The Sign Post has developed a highly organized and refined sign fabrication process. For you, this translates to less time worrying and more time focusing on your business. When your sign project is in our hands, it becomes a team effort. Each step is crucial to meeting the time constraints that we have agreed upon.
Sales- The Sign Post experience begins and ends with your sales professional. Sometimes this can be owner Ray George himself, but most often it will be one of our detail oriented sales team members. Your Sign Post sales professional will work with you throughout the process, and stay in contact after the sale. Our sales staff knows the importance of referrals to the success and future of our business, therefore, making sure you want to tell everyone about your amazing experience is a huge part of our jobs, each and every time we communicate with you.
Graphic & Sign Design- Our Graphic Design artists are top-notch, hard working professionals who take a great amount of pride in what they do. It is such an exciting process to watch your sign come to life. After photographing your location, we actually produce a digital image/photo to show you exactly what your sign will look like on-site before it is ever manufactured. This concept artwork helps you to know exactly what you are getting.
Permit Engineer- In every area of the country, there are city codes which must be abided by in a very strict manner. Before a sign can be installed, it must pass certain city codes. Our Permit Engineers have a great relationship with the City Planners and Inspectors in each city, and we can usually get approval an within 4 weeks (sometimes sooner). But rest assured, we work tirelessly on your behalf.
Production- Our Production Team works diligently to build and assemble your sign to completion. There are so many intricate steps involved, and each one is paramount to the timely manner in which we work. From custom paint, to state of the art lighting effects, The Sign Post Team can handle any task great or small. Once again, you cannot find a harder working, more artistically progressive group of people anywhere.
Installation- The final step in working with the Sign Post is also the most crucial. This is where attention to detail is shown as our strength to you, in person, right in front of your eyes. Every facet of this process is measured and re-measured. Whether you are having vinyl graphics installed on your vehicle, or a lighted pylon sign mounted and wired 100 feet in the air with an industrial crane, we make sure that the final product is nothing less than perfection.
